SALON BAKE & TEA Opens in Atre Ebisu
On October 10, 2025, SALON BAKE & TEA, operated by Jun Co., Ltd. and led by CEO Susumu Sasaki, officially opened its doors on the third floor of Atre Ebisu's western building. This café and restaurant style venue offers a unique experience focused on seasonal desserts, allowing guests to enjoy a guilt-free indulgence while celebrating their desire to eat deliciously without compromise.
Located centrally in Ebisu, the new café is a continuation of Jun's successful venture, following the opening of their first location at NEWoMan Shinjuku. Emphasizing a theme of food entertainment, SALON BAKE & TEA creates exquisite parfaits and afternoon tea courses that showcase seasonal ingredients while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Utilizing minimal white sugar and cream, the café offers dishes that not only taste great but are also good for you.
The restaurant interior shines with collaboration from Italy’s esteemed porcelain brand, GINORI 1735, providing a sophisticated dining atmosphere. Guests can expect a visually stunning array of dishes that reflect the seasonal bounty of Japan, with menus thoughtfully paired with beautiful tableware to enhance the dining experience.
