To celebrate the release, an event featuring representatives from Marui Group and Recruit Co., Ltd. will be held on November 25, 2025.

Background: The Issue of 'Name-only CX/UX Organizations'


In recent years, the significance of customer experience (CX) and UX has grown, leading many companies to establish specialized organizations. However, a notable challenge persists: numerous companies find themselves with 'CX/UX organizations in name only', struggling to demonstrate tangible outcomes. Feedback from management highlights concerns such as, "We can't see how UX contributes to the business."

To confront these challenges, the UX Intelligence Association conducted a quantitative survey involving over 501 management-level executives from various domestic companies, alongside interviews with leading industry firms. The findings culminated in the creation of the 'UX Organization White Paper 2025', which clearly outlines the realities of successful UX organizations and provides a roadmap for achieving business contributions.
