Dr. Kirsh joins CVL after a stellar career in urology management, having co-founded Solaris Health—the largest urology management organization in the U.S. With over three decades of experience and a track record of success, he brings invaluable knowledge that will enhance CVL's mission of delivering high-quality cardiovascular care across the country.

Leadership Experience

Before his role at CVL, Dr. Kirsh served as the CEO of Solaris Health until its acquisition by Cardinal Health, a deal valued at about $2.4 billion. The acquisition facilitated Solaris’s integration into The Specialty Alliance, marking a pivotal point in the company’s growth trajectory. His leadership at Solaris saw the organization expand to a formidable network comprising over 1,000 providers and 250 locations across 14 states.

During his tenure, Dr. Kirsh has actively contributed to various professional associations, advocating for independent, physician-led healthcare. His experience as a former President of multiple associations underscores his commitment to advancing healthcare policy and excellence.

Cardiovascular Logistics was founded in 2023, merging some of the nation's best cardiology practices under a shared vision to bolster leading cardiovascular care.
