Bringing over 30 years of professional experience, Andrew previously served as the Asia Pacific Sales Leader for SJE, where he was crucial in business development, market analysis, and customer relations. His tenure at Flowserve, where he dedicated three decades, has equipped him with solid foundations in sales and customer service. Notably, he served as the Vice President of Sales for Asia Pacific, overseeing operations across a vast geographic area, including India, Australia, and New Zealand.

Andrew’s wealth of experience spans demand management, strategic pricing implementation, and the creation of robust sales processes. His leadership has routinely resulted in the establishment of high-performing teams and improved sales effectiveness through data utilization and structured operational processes.

With a clear vision for the future, Andrew is set to relocate to Birmingham, Alabama, where the ECS Revere facility is located. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Integrated Engineering from Nottingham Trent University in the UK, and he is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt — an asset that complements SJE's commitment to precision and efficiency in operations.
