Nexa Warehouse-Optimizer Introduces New Subscription Plans
Introduction
Nexa Ware, a joint venture established by Tsubakimoto Chain Co. and KDDI Corporation, is set to debut new subscription plans for its highly regarded logistics data analysis service, Nexa Warehouse-Optimizer. These plans—Entry Plan and Premium Plan—will be available starting October 27, 2025, offering a monthly subscription model tailored for various logistics operations. With the aim of simplifying decision-making processes and optimizing operational costs, these new plans promise to deliver a tailored experience for customers based on their specific needs and analysis durations.
Background
Launched in August 2024, Nexa Warehouse-Optimizer was designed to improve productivity within logistics settings. It incorporates features such as shift simulation, budget management, KPI visualization, task completion prediction, and AGV operational monitoring. As of April 2025, in response to the push for Software as a Service (SaaS), the platform has expanded its functionalities, enhancing AGV monitoring and adding sorting operational monitoring to better align with customer requirements.
However, the implementation timeframe has posed challenges for some customers. To address these issues and ensure that more logistics operations can adopt the service quickly and smoothly, Nexa Ware has standardized plan designs and developed a flexible system configuration.
Details of the New Plan
The newly introduced Entry Plan and Premium Plan feature a user-friendly pricing structure that allows clients to choose based on their objectives, facilitating easier service adoption. Moreover, Nexa has redesigned its system to accommodate diverse operational workflows and varying data formats, which subsequently reduces the initial implementation period from two weeks to one week, significantly lowering associated costs.
Entry Plan
Designed for customers looking for a small-scale initial deployment, the Entry Plan is budget-friendly and supports daily and weekly data aggregation. This option allows warehouse managers to effectively monitor operational conditions and strategize improvements. Clients can smoothly upgrade to the Premium Plan if needed.
- Supports shift simulation and budget management features
- Data retention for one week (may vary depending on data volume)
- Supports daily and weekly data aggregation
- Includes data upload capability
Premium Plan
This upgraded plan builds on the Entry Plan, offering real-time analysis and long-term data insights for those wishing to optimize future equipment setups. Additionally, it allows for multi-user utilization.
- - Premium Plan Highlights:
- Includes all features of the Entry Plan
- Real-time visibility
- Data retention for one year (may vary depending on data volume)
Functionality Enhancements
In conjunction with the new plans, Nexa Warehouse-Optimizer has fortified its shift simulation and budget management functionalities, thus better catering to real-world operational needs.
Shift Simulation
This feature automatically generates workforce shifts based on task specifics, anticipated shipping volume, and operational conditions. This optimization in personnel allocation enhances operational efficiency.
- Customizable task settings and shift creation based on warehouse operations
- Adjustments for varying work hours according to employment status, ensuring shifts are practical for actual use
- Reduced input workload and enhanced reusability through parameter sheet integration
Budget Management
This functionality allows users to monitor daily shipment counts and predicted completion times based on progress. It effectively prevents delays while supporting smooth loading and unloading operations, which helps reduce waiting times for truck drivers.
- Enhanced filter setting capabilities allow customers to customize displayed content
- New features enable users to review past performance, contributing to daily retrospectives and improvement efforts
Future Developments
Nexa Ware plans to expand the analysis and optimization functionalities linked to automated systems within warehouses, focusing on visibility for operational statuses and workflow efficiencies. This commitment aims to continuously support operational improvements while promoting productivity enhancements and cost optimization for client businesses.
