Nexa Ware, a joint venture established by Tsubakimoto Chain Co. and KDDI Corporation, is set to debut new subscription plans for its highly regarded logistics data analysis service, Nexa Warehouse-Optimizer. These plans—Entry Plan and Premium Plan—will be available starting October 27, 2025, offering a monthly subscription model tailored for various logistics operations. With the aim of simplifying decision-making processes and optimizing operational costs, these new plans promise to deliver a tailored experience for customers based on their specific needs and analysis durations.

Background


Launched in August 2024, Nexa Warehouse-Optimizer was designed to improve productivity within logistics settings. It incorporates features such as shift simulation, budget management, KPI visualization, task completion prediction, and AGV operational monitoring. As of April 2025, in response to the push for Software as a Service (SaaS), the platform has expanded its functionalities, enhancing AGV monitoring and adding sorting operational monitoring to better align with customer requirements.

However, the implementation timeframe has posed challenges for some customers. To address these issues and ensure that more logistics operations can adopt the service quickly and smoothly, Nexa Ware has standardized plan designs and developed a flexible system configuration.

The newly introduced Entry Plan and Premium Plan feature a user-friendly pricing structure that allows clients to choose based on their objectives, facilitating easier service adoption.
