Anemosu Launches Premium Japanese Jam Series for 2025-2026!

Anemosu Unveils Premium Jam Series for 2025-2026

On November 1, 2025, Anemosu Corporation, based in Shibuya, Tokyo, led by CEO Hiroko Asai, announced the release of its latest seasonal lot of high-end jams, titled "Anemosu Confiture." This exquisite jam series is now available for purchase at Anemosu's online store, Anemosu Fruit and BOOKS.

Product Philosophy

Anemosu strongly believes that delicious fruits should be transformed into equally delicious jams. The company carefully selects fruits from some of Japan's top producers, ensuring each jam within the Anemosu Confiture series highlights the unique characteristics and fresh flavors of the fruits used. Unlike traditional jams that often utilize lower-grade or surplus fruits, Anemosu is dedicated to using only the highest-quality fresh eating fruits. The ingredients include domestically sourced fruits, Hokkaido sugar, and Japanese lemons, while some products may also incorporate European liquor and vanilla beans. Notably, no pectin is used in the process.

To maintain freshness and the distinct aroma and texture, the jams are produced in small batches using a 5 kg kettle. This meticulous craftsmanship results in jams that are truly unique and bursting with flavor.

Experience Japanese Fruits

Anemosu Confiture aims to share the wonderful tastes of Japanese fruits with households across the country. The products are designed not only to pair beautifully with bread, but they also stand out on their own, making them a delightful choice for those who adore sweets and desserts.

Product Lineup

The lineup consists of six unique flavors: four single-origin jams including "Tanzawa's Nectarine Jam," "Tanzawa's Nectarine & Madagascar Vanilla," "Morita's Konatsu Marmalade," and "Yamamoto's Mango Jam." Additionally, the series includes two originals, "Harcot Apricot Jam" and "Raspberry Jam." The official online shop will begin releasing these products gradually after November 2025.

Gift boxes are also available, such as the six-bottle "All-Star," the two-bottle "Tosa" featuring konatsu from Kochi Prefecture and mango, the three-bottle "Enjuku" with two types of nectarines and konatsu, and the three-bottle "Jam Paradise" featuring nectarine, konatsu, and apricot.

Among these offerings, the signature item is undoubtedly "Yamamoto's Mango Jam". Crafted by Takahiro Yamamoto, a master fruit grower from Kochi Prefecture, the Tosa mango is a highly sought-after product, difficult to find even as fresh fruit. Its rich aroma combined with a sophisticated, lingering sweetness consistently places it among the top-tier mangoes in Japan. Anemosu is proud to be the sole distributor of this remarkable fruit. Throughout the development of this jam, multiple prototypes were created to accurately preserve the exceptional fresh taste. Although it comes with a higher price tag, Anemosu is confident in the unmatched flavor it delivers. Last year’s version received an abundance of praise from customers, affirming its top quality.
