This state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located just 1.3 km from three major interchanges—Atsugi on the Tomei Expressway, Atsugi Minami on the New Tomei Expressway, and Atsugi Nishi on the Odawara-Atsugi Road. LogiSquare Atsugi Minami stands four stories tall with a total floor area of 14,513.46 square meters (approx. 4,398.01 tsubo). It features a high-floor truck berth capable of simultaneously accommodating 11 trucks, along with waiting areas for three trucks, allowing for flexible incoming and outgoing operations.
The warehouse includes a robust design, with exterior walls constructed from insulated metal sandwich panels, a floor load capacity of 1.5 tons per square meter, and a minimum usable height of 5.5 meters on each floor. To support loading and unloading operations, the facility is equipped with two cargo elevators (3.5-ton capacity and 45 m/min speed), one vertical conveyor, and two dock levelers.
In terms of employee working conditions, the second and fourth floors are equipped with air conditioning systems and large ceiling fans, ensuring a comfortable work environment.
