Suit Inc., located in Chiyoda, Tokyo and led by CEO Yusuke Komatsu, is excited to announce the hosting of the 11th Suit Up Special Webinar entitled "The Realities of SMEs M&A and PMI". This free online event will take place on June 25, 2025, from 5 PM to 6 PM (JST), featuring a keynote lecture by Yuta Okabe, CEO of Kyushu Management Research Institute.

During the webinar, Mr. Okabe will provide insights on the often overlooked realities of M&A and PMI for small and medium enterprises. Participants can expect to learn about common challenges during M&A processes, effective strategies for crisis management, and key factors that make or break success based on real case studies.

About the Guest Speaker

Yuta Okabe has an extensive background in M&A, commencing his career at Japan M&A Center in 2013 focusing on M&A brokerage for SMEs. He later joined YCP Japan as a project leader to support business transformations. He has also worked as the CEO of a company within a PE fund and is now leading Kyushu Management Research Institute focusing on management reforms and M&As across Japan.

About the Host

Yusuke Komatsu, CEO of Suit Inc., has a rich history of supporting SMEs. He joined the firm after successfully leading a significant turnaround at a former company he managed, and he is registered as an advisor to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. He will moderate the discussions during the webinar based on his two decades of experience in enhancing SME value.
