Jeep® Brand Gears Up for 2026 Rebelle Rally with Veteran Team and Gladiator Mojave

Jeep® Brand Gears Up for the 2026 Rebelle Rally

The iconic Jeep® brand is making a triumphant return to the 2026 Rebelle Rally, marking its 11th straight year of participation. This all-women’s off-road navigation challenge, running from October 7-17, spans an impressive 1,500 miles across rugged terrains in Utah, Nevada, and California. Jeep® continues to showcase its commitment to both adventure and women in motorsports by serving as a Silver Partner of this esteemed event.

Meet Team 129

This year, Team 129 represents Jeep® and features two dynamic drivers: Nena Barlow, a seasoned Rebelle veteran, returning for her tenth rally, and “Hurricane” Hannah Felton, who is taking on the challenge for the first time. They will navigate the demanding course in a stock Jeep Gladiator Mojave, famously recognized as the first and only Desert Rated Jeep vehicle.

Experience and Enthusiasm

Barlow, who is based in Arizona, has extensive experience in off-roading and competition. She runs a business called Barlow Adventures, providing expert guidance in four-wheel-drive instruction and off-road trips. Partnering with Barlow this year is Felton, who brings a wealth of practical skills as a welder and fabricator. Having built and adventured in off-road vehicles, Felton's hands-on experience promises to enhance their collaboration.

Quotes from the Drivers

Barlow expressed her excitement: “We are incredibly grateful for the Jeep brand's unwavering support of the Rebelle Rally. After several successful years with my previous teammate, I'm excited for a new challenge alongside Hannah. Her passion, skill, and hands-on approach make her a great partner, and I’m looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned while taking on this year's competition together.”

Jeep Gladiator Mojave: Engineered for Adventure

The Jeep Gladiator Mojave, which boasts the Desert Rated badge, is purpose-built for rigorous desert conditions. This two-time Rebelle Rally winner features enhancements such as a reinforced frame, improved axles, and a performance-tuned suspension, ensuring exceptional capability across varied terrains including deep sands and rocky trails. With its state-of-the-art features designed to handle the harshest environments, the Gladiator Mojave stands out as an engineering marvel in the realm of off-roading.

Supporting the Jeep Off-road Community

Jeep® encourages the participation of private teams in the Rebelle Rally, with many opting to use their everyday Jeep vehicles. To acknowledge their commitment, Mopar plans to reward top-finishing privateer Jeep teams with prizes through its FlexCare Vehicle Protection and Jeep Performance Parts services, further enhancing the Rally experience.

What is the Rebelle Rally?

The Rebelle Rally is much more than just a race; it tests navigation skills, teamwork, and endurance without the aid of GPS or cell phones. Teams rely solely on maps, compasses, and roadbooks, reinforcing the essence of classic off-roading. The rally has grown in prestige since its inaugural year, where Jeep vehicles have already achieved eight overall wins and five Bone Stock awards.

Looking Ahead

As Jeep® gears up for this memorable event, it not only highlights their legendary off-road capabilities but also demonstrates their commitment to empowering women within the automotive and competitive landscape. As Barlow and Felton prepare for the 2026 Rebelle Rally, the stage is set for another chapter of adventure, camaraderie, and the relentless spirit of exploration that Jeep® embodies.
