Inspired by the April Dream movement to raise awareness and share dreams, this initiative is a commitment to elevating the standards within the coaching industry.

The demand for skilled coaching in today’s unpredictable business environment is higher than ever. However, the rapid expansion of the industry has led to an influx of inexperienced individuals claiming to be coaches. These so-called “coaches” often lack the depth necessary for true transformation, leading to inconsistent quality across the industry.

Furthermore, coaching outcomes are frequently viewed as vague compared to job placement or other consultancy services, making it challenging for individuals and companies to assess their return on investment (ROI). Real coaching, at its core, is about fundamentally transforming individuals and organizations, yielding vast returns and fostering innovation.
