Notably, the final day of the program will offer participants the chance to pitch their ideas directly to potential investors and businesses, significantly enhancing their networking and funding opportunities.

Instructor Profile
Akihiro Uono | CEO & Co-Founder of Jigyojin Inc.
A Waseda University alum, Uono began his career at Recruit Co., Ltd., where he undertook roles across sales, business development, and corporate planning, culminating in leadership positions in game development. He later served dual HR roles at Userbase and NewsPicks before founding Jigyojin. As an external CHRO, Uono has been deeply involved in strategy formulation, executive recruitment, PMI projects across large corporations, growing startups, and educational institutions. He aims to nurture the next generation of organizational leaders, referred to as "Future Enablers," by providing comprehensive support through both management and grassroots levels. Uono is also a board member of the Japan HR Business Partner Association and hosts the podcast "Delicious Organizations."
