FICC's Upcoming Knowledge Sharing Events
The Japan-based branding and marketing innovator, FICC, led by CEO Keiko Mori, is proud to announce upcoming knowledge-sharing sessions focused on brand marketing slated for August and September 2025. This two-part series aims to empower business leaders, strategy planners, and marketers in understanding and implementing effective branding strategies that unite organizational purpose with operational execution.
In an increasingly complex market with diverse consumer values, the need for cohesive strategy design that aligns internal and external perceptions of a brand is more critical than ever. The sessions will dive into FICC's developed frameworks, the
Vision Ladder® and the
Strategy Quadrant®, which have been instrumental in guiding various industries towards brand transformation.
Understanding the Frameworks
FICC aims to provide participants with valuable insights on these frameworks and how to harness them for strategic design. The
Vision Ladder® offers a unique approach for defining a brand’s purpose and ensuring it resonates throughout the organization, while the
Strategy Quadrant® aids in crafting tailored marketing strategies based on specific business contexts. Both tools are essential for organizations looking to navigate transformation successfully.
The cornerstone of the sessions will emphasize that simply stating a vision or purpose is insufficient for true transformation. It becomes essential to embed these values within the organization and connect them to actionable marketing practices. FICC has been at the forefront of bridging understanding within organizations, and these knowledge-sharing events reflect a culmination of expertise aimed at enhancing the significance of branding and turning strategies into actionable plans.
Interactive Learning and Networking
Attendees can look forward to engaging activities, including trial experiences and in-depth discussions with fellow participants, fostering an environment ripe for practical insights and collaborations. The events will provide light refreshments and beverages, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere conducive to learning and networking. FICC encourages everyone involved in brand management and marketing to consider attending these events.
