Born in 1974, Tuyoshi Yuda graduated from the Tokyo Culinary and Pastry School before starting his impressive career at the
Hotel New Otani in 1995. After mastering bakery fundamentals, he honed his skills working alongside culinary icons like
Alain Ducasse and
Pierre Hermé. His journey includes creative ventures as Head Baker at the
