Celebrating 10 Years of Insights: Dynam's Long-Term Internship Program
On November 22, 2025, Dynam Corporation, which operates pachinko halls across 46 prefectures in Japan, held the final presentation of its Long-Term Internship Program, marking the 10th anniversary of this initiative. Host to this year’s event was the Dynam headquarters building in Nishi-Nippori, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo.
This program has been running since 2016, aiming to support students eager to enter the workforce. Over the past decade, it has evolved into a platform where young talents can address real-world business challenges through innovative thinking and collaboration. This year's theme focused on formulating effective solutions from a youth perspective, leading to the introduction of four distinct projects: “Recruitment Video Production,” “Branding for Squash Players,” “Experience in Human Resources,” and “Dependent Care Strategies.”
During the final presentation, 17 participants from all four courses shared their findings and proposals, which were crafted over a rigorous three-month period from August 23 to November 22, 2025. The objective was to come up with actionable solutions to the company’s challenges, and the suggestions presented by students will be integrated into the company's recruitment efforts for the following year.
