New Photography Service from Plaza Create and aMi: Capture Your Memories Anywhere

Plaza Create Introduces New Photography Service

In an exciting collaboration, Plaza Create, a subsidiary based in Chuo, Tokyo, has joined hands with aMi, which operates the photography matching platform AMI PHOTO, to launch a unique mobile photography service. This new offer aims to provide customers in the Tokyo metropolitan area the ability to book professional photographers via nine Palette Plaza locations, beginning October 20, 2025.

Addressing the Growing Demand for Professional Photography

The demand for high-quality family photos, commemorative shoots, and social media content has been rapidly increasing in recent years. However, many potential customers face significant barriers when considering professional photography, which highlights some pressing issues:

1. Limited Shooting Locations: Traditional photography studios often restrict customers to fixed locations, making it hard to meet specific requests like capturing relaxed family moments at home or in cherished parks.

2. Difficulty in Photographer Selection: With various photographers specializing in different genres, such as child photography or pet portraits, customers often struggle to choose the right professional for their needs.

3. Concerns Over Online Booking: While more options for mobile photography are available, many individuals still feel uneasy about navigating online booking systems or prefer to discuss prices directly.

A New Experience Awaits

The integration of aMi's matching capabilities with Plaza Create’s extensive Palette Plaza network allows customers to engage directly with store staff. From there, they can choose from over 5,500 registered photographers to find the perfect match based on their preferences. This service aims to make the photo-taking experience more accessible, combining the comfort of personal interaction at the store with the artistry of professional photography.

The collaboration promises a welcoming environment where anyone can easily create lasting memories and preserve them in tangible forms. As the saying goes, “every picture tells a story,” and this initiative seeks to expand those stories from neighborhood photography stores throughout the region.

Service Plans Offered

The new photography service provides three distinct packages to cater to various needs:

  • - Simple Plan: Priced at 19,800 JPY (including tax), this plan covers approximately one hour of shooting time, offering 50 or more edited photos, and includes a 6-page print along with a photo frame.

  • - Standard Plan: At 29,800 JPY (including tax), this plan includes around an hour and a half of shooting, over 100 edited photos, a 6-page print with a frame, and a voucher for 100 L-size prints.

  • - Premium Plan: For 39,800 JPY (including tax), customers receive two hours of shooting time, 150 edited photos, a 6-page print, a photo frame, and a voucher for 150 L-size prints.

How to Order

To utilize the photography service, customers can apply directly at any participating Palette Plaza location. After the application, the store staff will facilitate the selection of a photographer that meets the customer’s specific needs. The photographer will then reach out directly, schedule a session at the chosen location, and afterward, customers can collect their photos at the store where they originally booked the service.

It's important to note that full payment is required at the time of booking.
