CARTA HD Engineers to Present at SNOWFLAKE WORLD TOUR TOKYO 2025

CARTA HOLDINGS, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, has announced that three of its prominent engineers will represent the company at the SNOWFLAKE WORLD TOUR TOKYO 2025. The event is scheduled for September 11-12, 2025, at the Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa, in the International Conference Center Pamir.

Engineer Presentations

Two engineers from CARTA ZERO, Junpei Chikamori (Data Strategy Bureau) and Haruki Takeuchi (Data Engineer), will present a session titled "Building a Self-Service Data Platform with Terraform: Transitioning from Centralized Management to Data Owner-Driven Development" on September 11 from 12:10 PM to 12:40 PM. They will discuss the challenges posed by centralized data processes and how they successfully transitioned to a more decentralized, efficient model using Terraform.

Ouyang Jianghui, from Telecy, will co-present with Classmethod Inc. on "Past and Future of Telecy's Data Infrastructure Using Snowflake and dbt". This session will take place on September 11 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM and will highlight the evolution of Telecy’s data infrastructure, particularly focusing on their journey from using dbt Core to dbt Cloud, and how their productivity has improved in the process.
