Introduction
The collaboration between
NoConcept LLC and
LTS Link Inc., a subsidiary of
LTS Corp., marks a significant step towards enhancing business efficiency in the IT sector. This partnership has officially initiated a preliminary trial of their integrated system, specifically designed for improving the sales and procurement processes in the IT industry. As of today, select member companies will begin utilizing this feature to facilitate smoother sales operations.
Collaboration Details
Both NoConcept and LTS Link aim to drive the digital transformation (DX) of sales and resource procurement in the IT arena. As the crisis surrounding the shortage of IT talent and the increasing complexity of projects escalates, the urgency for companies to secure qualified personnel swiftly has emerged as a key management challenge. LTS Link has supported business opportunity creation via its extensive matching platform,
Assign Navi (available at
assign-navi.jp).
To further the reach of this initiative and create more business opportunities, it is essential to harness a system capable of rapidly utilizing the vast amounts of information exchanged daily. The collaboration utilizes
SESAi (available at
ses-ai.jp), an SES sales efficiency tool powered by generative AI. This partnership will significantly reduce delays and potential information loss associated with manual processes, enabling faster matching capabilities. Via registration with SESAi, existing members of Assign Navi can complement and enhance their functionalities.
Features of the Initial Trial
SESAi is a cloud service designed to support SES sales operations comprehensively, leveraging generative AI for various functions, including: automated collection of project/personal information from received emails, automatic matching, and mass email sending features.
Through this integration, registered project and personnel data in SESAi will seamlessly post to Assign Navi with a click, utilizing the data directly to delve into a vast network comprising over 5,500 IT companies and more than 9,000 freelancers associated with Assign Navi. This will help maximize opportunities for contracts while dramatically reducing the workload associated with manual data entry and the risk of missing data publication, thereby facilitating rapid, effective sales engagements.
Future Developments
Through the preliminary trial, feedback from participating companies will be collected to continuously refine the features. The official release is projected to begin sequentially starting April 2026, contingent on the assessment results from this trial. Both companies are committed to further supporting the growth of their member businesses through this collaboration.
