Celebrating 40 Years of Service: Copiers Plus Gives Back $20,000 to North Carolina Communities

Copiers Plus Celebrates 40 Years of Service

In a heartwarming gesture to commemorate four decades of service, Copiers Plus, in collaboration with KYOCERA Document Solutions, is initiating a significant campaign that showcases its commitment to giving back to the community. On November 1, 2025, the company will celebrate its 40th anniversary with a donation of $20,000, distributed as $500 grants to 40 organizations across North Carolina.

The campaign, aptly named "40 Years of Caring Sharing the Love Across NC," aims not only to celebrate the history of Copiers Plus but also to embrace the spirit of community that has defined the company's journey since its inception in 1985. Founded in Fayetteville, NC, Copiers Plus has evolved into one of the leading providers of office technology solutions in the state. The company has an impressive record of supporting local communities—a promise that Co-founders Bob and Drew Smithtake seriously.

Drew Smith, the Director of Communications for Copiers Plus, expressed the motivations behind the initiative, stating, "This campaign isn't just about giving; it's about inspiring. It's about showcasing the resilience, determination, and unity that define our state. Our history at Copiers Plus has always focused on the communities of North Carolina, and we have a deep appreciation for the people who make this state great. We are excited to see the great things that can come from this investment back into the communities we serve!"

How to Participate
The nomination forms for organizations are open from December 5, 2024, until February 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Organizations that wish to apply for funding must be legally operating in North Carolina. The culmination of this campaign will be celebrated during the Copiers Plus customer appreciation event known as "The Niblet," which will also serve as the platform for unveiling the nominated organizations. This initiative will be broadly promoted through Copiers Plus's social media channels and official website, where the details about the campaign can be found at https://copiers-plus.com/40-years-of-caring/.
