Kato Works: Inspiring Future Careers Through Workplace Experiences



In a bid to help young minds explore their future career paths, Kato Works, Inc. (CEO: Koyasu Kato), located in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, is set to conduct workplace experience programs for middle school students from two schools in the district. This initiative targets eighth graders, who will have the opportunity to engage in various hands-on activities that foster interest in manufacturing and the construction equipment industry.
