Anna Holder of FrankCrum Celebrated in TBBJ's 40 Under 40 for Leadership Excellence

Anna Holder of FrankCrum: A Rising Star in Leadership

FrankCrum has recently announced a significant accolade for Anna Holder, their Senior Vice President of Client Services and Operations, who made the coveted list of Tampa Bay Business Journal's (TBBJ) '40 Under 40' for 2025. This recognition celebrates the most accomplished young leaders in the Tampa Bay region, highlighting those who are driving innovation and making a marked impact in their respective fields and communities.

Anna's journey to this honor is a testament to her dedication and hard work. Having started her career at FrankCrum in an entry-level position, she managed to climb the corporate ladder by gaining extensive experience in various areas including payroll, accounting, compliance, and client experience. Her pursuit of education did not go unnoticed; she achieved both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration, courtesy of FrankCrum's employee education program.

Haley Crum, Co-President of FrankCrum, expressed her joy regarding Anna's recognition. In her words, "Anna is a terrific pick by TBBJ, and I am delighted for her on both a professional and personal level. Anna's growth has happened alongside the growth of FrankCrum, and she has played a pivotal role in the company's success. We are lucky to have her, and I am thrilled that TBBJ is sharing with the rest of the world a small taste of what an amazing person Anna is. We are blessed to get to work with her each and every day."

Currently, Anna oversees four crucial business functions that are integral to client satisfaction and company growth, including Client Experience, Benefits, Product Management, and Revenue Operations. Within just the past year, she has implemented four major technology upgrades, revamped the customer onboarding process which accelerated implementation by 30%, and facilitated FrankCrum’s peak client retention rate of 91%. She also completed the ‘LeadForward Executive Leadership’ program, honing her skills in strategic communication, mentorship, and emotional intelligence.

Reflecting on her journey, Anna shared, “What I love most about my journey is that it's been organic growth within one organization, allowing me to build deep relationships and institutional knowledge while constantly taking on new challenges. This progression has taught me that adaptability and sustained performance are key to long-term success. I attribute much of my success to the amazing team, leadership, and company we have here.”

Anna's contributions are not confined to the workplace. She has actively participated in community service, particularly with Operation BBQ Relief after the hurricane season of 2024, where she organized sustainable meal distribution routes. Additionally, she lends her support to educational initiatives through her children's school PTA while mentoring emerging leaders within FrankCrum to help them advance their careers.

Ian Anderson, Market President and Publisher of TBBJ, remarked on this year’s 40 Under 40 class, stating, “Each year, we're blown away by the talent, drive, and impact of Tampa Bay's next generation of leaders — and this year's 40 Under 40 class sets a new bar. These honorees aren't just succeeding in their fields; they're shaping the future of our region through innovation, service, and bold leadership.”
