PRG Real Estate is thrilled to announce that Dana Dobrowolski, a seasoned CPA and the Investment Accounting Manager, has earned a coveted spot among only 36 nationwide participants for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Leadership Academy 2025. This distinguished program will take place in Durham, North Carolina, offering an excellent opportunity to cultivate leadership skills within the accounting profession.

The AICPA Leadership Academy is renowned for its commitment to enhancing professional development. Over a span of four days, attendees will engage in workshops focused on career advancement, alongside interactive sessions led by esteemed industry leaders. This initiative aims to nurture the leadership capabilities of highly skilled and motivated Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) from across the country, connecting them with peers in a collaborative environment.

Dana’s journey at PRG Real Estate began in 2012, when she joined the team as a Property Accountant. Her remarkable performance earned her a promotion to Senior Property Accountant in 2015 and eventually led her to her current role as Investment Accounting Manager in 2021. In this position, she has demonstrated her aptitude for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting for an investment portfolio worth billions, while also mentoring both the Fund Portfolio Accountant and Corporate Accountant, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.

Holding a bachelor's degree in accounting from Holy Family University, along with an MBA and an MS in Taxation from Philadelphia University, Dana has been a licensed CPA since 2015. Her comprehensive educational background and professional expertise make her a valuable asset to the PRG team.

Since the inception of the AICPA Leadership Academy, over 510 CPAs have participated, many of whom have progressed into influential leadership roles within their organizations. Nominations for this prestigious program come from employers, state CPA societies, or volunteer organizations, and candidates are selected through a rigorous process that includes the submission of resumes and professional statements detailing the expected impact of the leadership training.
