TowerCom Announces New Leadership and Remembers Chris Colton's Legacy

TowerCom's New Leadership and Tribute to Chris Colton

TowerCom, a prominent developer of cell towers renowned for its significant contributions to wireless infrastructure over the past three decades, has announced crucial changes in its leadership team. This restructuring aims to propel the company toward continued success and adaptability in a rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape.

Effective April 21, 2025, George Davis has been elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Davis, who has an impressive track record of nearly 30 years in tower development and has dedicated 22 of those years to TowerCom, is set to steer the company through its ambitious objectives. His experience and leadership are expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s market presence.

In conjunction with Davis's promotion, Matt Richard ascends to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Richard served as Vice President of Finance at TowerCom, where he was instrumental in enhancing the company's financial stability and nurturing valuable relationships with capital partners. His robust financial acumen is set to ensure that TowerCom remains on a solid fiscal foundation while exploring new growth avenues.

Additionally, Chip Bulloch has been appointed Senior Vice President overseeing the Eastern United States. Bulloch brings an extensive knowledge base and 14 years of experience at TowerCom, combined with his notable expertise in tower development, which will be crucial for the company’s expansion initiatives in that region.

Joining the leadership ranks, John Stevens will take on the role of Regional Vice President for the Western region, bringing with him an accumulated 29 years in digital communication infrastructure. His previous roles at companies such as Boingo, Dish, and Mobilitie have equipped him with the skills needed to helm TowerCom's operations and development efforts in the West.

While the future looks promising with these newly appointed leaders, TowerCom also faces a profound moment of loss. The untimely passing of Chris Colton, a valued colleague and cherished friend, has left a significant void within the organization. Colton's contributions to TowerCom were substantial, and he is shrouded in remembrance and gratitude by those who worked alongside him.

"These leadership appointments reflect our commitment to building a dynamic and forward-thinking team," remarked Rad Lovett, the Founder and Chairman of TowerCom. "With George, Matt, Chip, and John in these pivotal roles, TowerCom is well-positioned for sustained growth and innovation."

Colton's legacy will remain as part of the TowerCom family, inspiring the team to continue moving forward with the passion and dedication he exemplified throughout his career.

Since its inception in 1996, TowerCom has committed itself to providing critical, cost-effective infrastructure tailored to meet the increasing demands of the wireless industry. With a refreshed leadership team driving forward, TowerCom is poised for an exciting chapter, while ensuring that Chris Colton's memory and contributions are honored as the organization progresses into the future.
