TalentLMS and Epignosis Suite Continue to Lead in GDPR Compliance

The milestone of full compliance with version 2.2 of the EU Cloud CoC was first reached by the entire Epignosis suite, including TalentLMS, TalentCards, and eFront, back in 2020. At that time, it set a new industry standard for privacy and data protection in e-learning. In 2021, the EU Cloud CoC became the first-ever transnational code of conduct to receive official approval from European Data Protection Authorities, covering all aspects of cloud computing.

Pursuant to Article 40.7 of the GDPR, the Code simplifies the verification of GDPR compliance for cloud service users, which includes small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and public bodies.
