Salad Fun at the Osaka-Kansai Expo
From August 18th to 24th, Kenko Mayonnaise Co., Ltd. hosted a delightful "Salad Cooking Class" at the ORA Food & Beverage Pavilion, themed "Future Cultivated through Salad Cooking", during the 2025 World Expo in Osaka-Kansai. This event was designed to showcase the joy of cooking and the creativity that can come from making salads using fresh, traditional ingredients.
Guests participated in hands-on experiences that included making their own mayonnaise and creating traditional Japanese sandwiches known as "Wao!! Sandwiches". This unique approach drew significant attention, with the event reaching full capacity each day, hosting around 700 participants throughout the week. Participants expressed their delight: "I didn't realize making mayonnaise could be so easy; I’d love to try it at home," one guest remarked.
