Semper Fi & America's Fund Launches Annual Campaign

For the 14th year running, Semper Fi & America's Fund is excited to kick off its Double Down for Veterans Match Campaign. This initiative, launched in collaboration with The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation and PXG (Parsons Xtreme Golf), aims to collect $15 million to support service members, veterans, and military families who are critically wounded, ill, or injured.

A Legacy of Giving

Since its inception in 2012, this campaign has raised nearly $250 million for the welfare of veterans. This impressive achievement was made possible thanks to $108 million in matching contributions from the Parsons Foundation and the generosity of countless donors.

Running until December 31, 2025, all contributions made to the Fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $7.5 million by the Foundation and PXG, offering an amazing opportunity for donors to amplify their impact.

A Message from Leadership

Karen Guenther, President, CEO, and Founder of Semper Fi & America's Fund, expressed her heartfelt gratitude: "Supporting our Nation's service members, veterans, and military families is truly an honor. We thank Bob and Renee Parsons for their unwavering commitment, which profoundly aids individuals in need of care."

In the current fiscal year, The Fund has provided direct financial assistance to nearly 16,000 individuals, marking a 13% increase over the previous year and doubling the number served five years ago. The organization makes it a priority to enhance the quality of life of every veteran it assists. Those veterans who have benefited from The Fund for over three years are 80% less likely to grapple with substance abuse and 75% less likely to suffer from housing insecurity, suicidal thoughts, or anxiety.

A Commitment to Our Heroes

Since 2004, The Fund has dispensed more than $500 million in grants, resources, and services, leading to the anticipated support of 38,000 service members and 100,000 military family members by the conclusion of Fiscal Year 2026. On average, nearly 600 heroes are assisted daily.

Bob Parsons, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War, shared his insight: "Serving as a U.S. Marine taught me that the mission doesn't end when you come home. Veterans and their families face ongoing battles — some visible, many hidden. The Fund provides crucial support in those moments, helping them rebuild and thrive."

Renee Parsons, Co-founder of The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation, echoed this sentiment. "Bob and I are honored to continue our partnership with The Fund to support our Nation's heroes. We are committed to helping our veterans and military families thrive, ensuring they have essential resources and meaningful connections throughout their lives."
