In an effort to foster a deeper understanding of gender identity and sexual orientation (SOGI), the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is hosting an online seminar tailored for employees in various organizations. This initiative, themed "Understanding and Practicing SOGI and LGBTQ+ from the Perspectives of Recruitment and Workplace Environment – Creating a Company Culture Where Everyone Can Work Comfortably," aims to enhance awareness and encourage proactive efforts in workplaces across the city.

Objectives of the Program


The primary objective of this initiative is to deepen societal understanding of gender identity and sexual orientation. By providing valuable training that is accessible online, the program seeks to enable organizations to adopt and implement inclusive practices that create safe and welcoming environments for all employees.
