AOAO SAPPORO, the urban aquarium located in the heart of Sapporo, is set to host two exciting matchmaking events on July 26, 2025. Dubbed “Midsummer's Heart-Pounding Aquarium,” the events will utilize cutting-edge technology developed by e-lamp. Co., designed to facilitate romantic connections in a fun and engaging environment.

Since its opening, AOAO SAPPORO has provided a cozy sanctuary where both locals and tourists alike can relax and enjoy the wonders of marine life. The Innovative Events

The events, organized in collaboration with e-lamp., which is run by young entrepreneur Aimi Yamamoto from Hokkaido, will implement two distinct formats during daytime and nighttime.

Daytime Event: HEART DATE

Time: 14:00 to 16:00 (check-in starts at 13:50)
Capacity: 20 participants (10 males and 10 females)
Activity: Participants will engage in a unique experience using the HEART DATE, a matching bracelet that synchronizes heart rates when mutual attraction is felt. This scientifically inspired product aims to enhance connections and spark conversations between attendees.

Nighttime Event: e-lamp. One

Time: 17:00 to 19:00 (check-in starts at 16:30)
Capacity: 100 participants (50 males and 50 females)
Activity: Using the e-lamp. one emotional sharing earrings, which light up based on heart rate changes, this event promises to create memorable interactions among singles.

Participants will receive a drink ticket for Shirokuma Bakery, making it an even more enticing experience.
