2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This exclusive event, limited to
12 attendees, will feature gourmet tasting of four distinct gourmet butters, each showcasing a careful selection of ingredients.

Meet Chef Suzuki from Assiette 鈴's
Chef Suzuki, born in 1976 in Fukushima Prefecture, has extensive experience in multiple facets of the culinary world. Starting in high school at a hotel French restaurant and banquet kitchen, he eventually moved to Tokyo, honing his skills at both traditional and international hotels. His cooking philosophy revolves around the importance of combining flavors while maintaining their authentic essence.
Currently, he brings his culinary expertise to the exclusive dining experience at Tokyo's 'assiette 鈴's'.
