Celebrating Women: Olive Tree People and Their Impact on Waterless Beauty for International Women's Day

Celebrating Women in Waterless Beauty

In a heartfelt tribute to International Women’s Day, Olive Tree People, regarded as America’s fastest-growing waterless beauty brand, is shining a spotlight on 25 remarkable women who have played pivotal roles in the brand's journey. Established in the U.S. in 2023, Olive Tree People has revolutionized beauty by eliminating the need for water in products and instead using innovative, sustainable ingredients. This year, the brand commemorates its dedicated beauty consultants with a cover-style photoshoot that honors their contributions.

The impressive growth of Olive Tree People is underscored by an astounding 1000% increase in January 2025 alone, with a remarkable 3000% growth in 2024. The brand attributes its success to a talented workforce, 99% of which comprises women spanning across the United States, Canada, and Germany. Partnered with sub-brands such as LA Dope, Olive Rose, and Olive Mush, the company champions a community-driven approach that empowers women in their beauty careers.

These 25 outstanding beauty consultants, including Kaitlyn O’Donnell, Danielle Hampton, and Leah Flaming, to name a few, have engaged in educating over 168 million women across the U.S. about the benefits of waterless beauty. During a special on-set gathering, consultants like Jena Kravitz and Dr. Medina Culver shared their expert insights via video interviews discussing the significance of this beauty movement. Dr. Medina, a physician and a Legacy Founder within the Olive Tree People community, noted, "Learning about the impact of water as a primary ingredient in beauty products was an eye-opening experience that I can’t unlearn."

Furthermore, the brand's commitment to social responsibility is illustrated through its OLIVEDA for Africa initiative, which builds a well in Africa for every 100 hectares of mountain olive tree land acquired in Spain. This initiative addresses the burden placed on women in rural regions, who are primarily responsible for water collection. Already, with 31,000 eco-certified olive trees planted, approximately 15,000 residents in Africa benefit from the OLIVEDA wells, which lessen their burden and free up time for education and work.

Olive Tree People invites everyone to celebrate the remarkable women who have helped shape the concept of waterless beauty. These consultants are further recognized in a feature ad in TIME’s 2025 Women of the Year print issue.
