UCC Coffee Academy, a renowned institution specialized in coffee education, has recently launched an innovative service called ACADEMY SALON. This initiative, described as “a joyful connection through coffee,” marks the academy's first venture into creating a social environment for its students. The primary goal of this service is to deepen participants' knowledge of coffee while fostering interaction among peers, creating a unique community experience focused on the love of coffee.

What Is ACADEMY SALON?

The ACADEMY SALON comprises two plans, Plan A and Plan B, each featuring a series of five sessions. Designed to be approximately 90 minutes long, each session will commence this May, with enrollments beginning on February 18 at 10 AM. These sessions are structured to encourage participants to interact, share knowledge, and enjoy their coffee journey together, rather than simply receiving information from a single instructor.

This new program is especially timely, as there has been a growing interest among coffee enthusiasts for experiences that not only elevate their coffee knowledge but also emphasize community engagement. UCC Coffee Academy's approach this time has been responsive to feedback from participants who express a desire to integrate coffee enjoyment into their daily lives. Participants were invited to contribute ideas through a trial survey to ensure that the ACADEMY SALON meets their expectations.

Limited to 20 participants per plan session, ACADEMY SALON is a reservation-based program, ensuring an intimate and exclusive atmosphere.

The full schedule includes:

• - Plan A (Spring 2026): Starts in May with five Saturdays of coffee immersion. Enrollment begins on February 18.
• - Plan B (Summer 2026): Kicking off in July, also featuring five Sundays. Enrollment will start in May.
• - Further plans for both Fall and Summer sessions are also in the pipeline, promising continuous learning and exciting offerings throughout the year.

Additionally, special seminars exclusive to ACADEMY SALON participants are in the works, highlighting UCC Coffee Academy’s commitment to providing enriching and enjoyable coffee education.
