Jolly Pasta, a renowned pasta specialty restaurant led by CEO Tetsushi Minami, has reintroduced its beloved hot iron plate pasta on October 2. This year, the menu includes three exciting dishes that promise to tantalize your taste buds!

At Jolly Pasta, the “monthly recommendations” theme introduces a different set of pasta dishes each month. The hot iron plate pasta is a unique offering where the pasta is heated on the iron plate right before serving, ensuring that every bite is hot and delicious until the very end.

New Menu Highlights

1. Iron Plate Pasta with Harima Bay Oysters in Cream Sauce - Served with Yuzu Pepper (1,390 yen, tax included 1,529 yen)

The star of this dish is the succulent oysters sourced from Harima Bay. Mixed with house-made bacon, spinach, and shimeji mushrooms, this creamy pasta is the epitome of comfort food. The rich flavor of Grana Padano cheese combined with fragrant black pepper enhances the umami of the oysters. For an extra kick, don’t forget to add the accompanying yuzu pepper, which adds a delightful spiciness to the creaminess.



2. Iron Plate Neapolitan (1,090 yen, tax included 1,199 yen)

This flavorful dish features a robust and slightly tangy tomato sauce, combined with generous servings of sausage, bacon, peppers, onions, and topped with a fried egg. Adding honey from the side enhances the sauce's acidity with a touch of sweetness, melding beautifully on the sizzling hot plate, offering delightful crispy bits that you can't resist!



3. Iron Plate Meat Sauce with Coarse Sausage and Soft-Boiled Egg (1,090 yen, tax included 1,199 yen)

Using a perfect blend of beef and pork and simmered with fond de veau, red wine, and tomatoes, the meat sauce presents deep flavors with rich aromas.
