In an effort to enhance customer experience, Global Style Co., Ltd. has unveiled its innovative multilingual interpretation service across nine stores in Japan. As a leading name in tailored suits, the company aims to provide seamless communication solutions for its diverse clientele. The service is accessible via tablets installed in the stores, allowing customers to connect with professional interpreters in real-time.

What to Expect from the Service?

The multilingual interpretation service enables customers to converse with experts in 13 different languages, making it much easier for non-Japanese speakers to place their orders. Through real-time video communication, participants can see each other, which fosters effective and smooth interactions. As of August 2026, the service is available in several key cities, including Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Kyoto.

Available Languages and Service Hours

The service caters to a range of languages, providing full-time availability for popular languages and specific hours for others:

• - 24/7: English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish
• - 9 AM – 9 PM: Thai (all year round)
• - 9 AM – 8 PM: Vietnamese (all year round)
• - 9 AM – 7 PM: French, Tagalog (weekdays only)
• - 9 AM – 6 PM: Hindi, Nepali, Indonesian, Russian (weekdays only)
• - 8 AM – 8 PM: Japanese Sign Language (JSL, all year round)
