Launched on September 12, 2025, the
Happoen Patisserie represents a fresh chapter for the renowned Happoen brand, rooted in over 400 years of Japanese history linked with a beautiful garden. This new patisserie embodies the ethos of enriching everyday moments with seasonal sweets, designed to be a neighborhood favorite for families and friends alike. With a concept of “Illuminating Moments with Western Sweets,” it aims to be a welcoming place for all, filled with an array of around 100 different confectionery delights.

Happoen’s skilled pastry chefs have meticulously crafted a limited selection of four Christmas cakes, which will be available for pre-order starting November 1. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Sizes: 4-inch (12cm) - 5,400 JPY, 5-inch (15cm) - 6,480 JPY, 6-inch (18cm) - 7,560 JPY
A soft and moist sponge cake filled with fresh cream sourced from Hokkaido and layered with strawberries. This nostalgic classic promises a smooth melt-in-the-mouth experience with every bite.

Important Reservation Information
To secure one of these delightful cakes, customers can place orders from
November 1 to December 10, 2025. It’s essential to note that the stollen requires orders to be placed five days ahead of the desired pickup date. The cakes will be available for collection between
December 20 and 25, with stollen available from
December 1 to 25.
