This new fund has successfully gathered £680 million in capital commitments which will be directed toward the acquisition and delivery of over 6,000 rental homes across the UK.

The closing of Fund II marks a significant milestone in Starlight's ongoing growth within the UK rental housing sector, further cementing its position among the largest operators in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) market. The fund was raised with the participation of a diverse range of international institutional investors, showcasing strong confidence in Starlight's operational excellence and strategic vision.

The capital commitments encompass investments not only from seasoned partners but also several new investors, reflecting a keen interest in Starlight's strategy. Earlier in the year, the fund also secured substantial backing from the National Housing Bank of Homes England, aligning its objectives with national efforts to enhance rental housing supply in response to an acute demand for such properties.
