Iwakuni’s Unique Ingredients

Iwakuni is well-known for its natural blessings and high-quality local products:

  • - Meyer Lemon: A hybrid of a lemon and an orange, this local variety is sweeter and less acidic, perfect for use in dressings and desserts.
  • - Iwakuni Honey: Sourced from local beekeepers, this honey offers a mild sweetness that adds a touch of luxury to various dishes.
