The Storyline

‘The CEO's Daughter as a Ryokan Employee!?’ follows Saori, the only daughter of the Ichinose conglomerate, who goes undercover in a historic ryokan that has fallen into disarray after being taken over by the ruthless Reiko Saejima two years prior. Seeking to restore the inn's glory, Saori hides her identity and joins the staff as a regular employee. However, she soon finds herself entangled in a world full of challenges, including bullying from Reiko, who controls the inn with an iron fist.

Adding layers of complexity to her life, Saori navigates intricate relationships with her colleagues, including a mysterious man named Sōma, as they confront love, betrayal, secrets, and fate against the backdrop of the traditional ryokan.
