GLOBIS Business School Unveils a New Scholarship Program for Young MBA Students
GLOBIS Business School, located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, recently announced the establishment of the "20s MBA Advancement Scholarship," designed specifically to assist students in their 20s who are interested in pursuing an MBA starting from April 2027. The scholarship aims to empower the next generation of leaders to gain systematic business knowledge and practical skills, equipping them to navigate the dynamic shifts in today’s society.
In recent years, the relevance of human capital management and reskilling has escalated, prompting a rising trend of mid-career professionals seeking to upskill. In response to this increasing need, GLOBIS Business School has decided to offer a scholarship aimed at encouraging motivated young individuals.
MBA Educational Programs at GLOBIS
To address the diverse learning needs of modern students, GLOBIS Business School will split its traditional MBA program into two distinct offerings: the Technovate MBA (TMBA) and Executive MBA (EMBA), commencing in the academic year of 2025.
The
Technovate MBA (TMBA) programme, primarily aimed at individuals in their 20s and 30s, encompasses critical subjects in human resources and organization, marketing and strategy, accounting and finance, alongside thought processes and aspirations. The curriculum emphasizes creating value through AI and digital technologies, presenting courses like "Technovate Product Management," "Digital Prototyping," and "Technovate Business Model." This structured learning pathway bridges management and technology, nurturing talents capable of driving innovation in this transformative era marked by technological advancements.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- - Be 29 years old or younger at the time of enrollment
- - Be currently enrolled and attending one of the eligible programmes mentioned above
- - Bear the full cost of tuition personally
Combination with Other Scholarships
In principle, this scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarships offered by GLOBIS for enrolled students, although it can be combined with the MBA Advancement Scholarship (undergraduate program).
