Undiscovered Gems of Japan World Championship 2026 was recently held in Singapore, drawing attention to the recovery efforts following the devastating earthquakes in Tohoku and Kumamoto. Organised by
Nippon no Takaramono Co., Ltd. and supported by
1-GROUP, the event took place at the historic
Alkaff Mansion on July 29. The championship brought together the best entrants from local competitions across Japan, providing a platform to showcase exceptional regional products.

Nori NOIR Oyster, a unique collaboration between
SEASAW and
Fisherman's Kitchen from Miyagi Prefecture. This dish features extraordinary oysters and high-grade nori seaweed, reminiscent of traditional Japanese flavors.
