Promoting Understanding of Diversity through D&I Training and Welfare Market Event

In an effort to enhance the understanding of diversity and inclusion, Global Link Management (GLM) hosted a D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) training session along with a welfare market event within their premises. This initiative was part of GLM's commitment to their mission of creating future value through investment by actively investing in people and businesses, promoting sustainable value in both environmental and social aspects.

Objectives of the Training and Welfare Market

The primary goal of the training and market was to put into practice GLM's commitment to investing in people as part of their human capital management strategy. By enhancing employees' understanding of diversity, they aimed to provide a hands-on opportunity for staff to engage with the community. After the training, employees were able to interact with products made by individuals with disabilities, such as baked goods and crafts, thereby experiencing the importance of diversity firsthand.

Additionally, this event contributed to promoting self-sufficiency and utilizing local resources through collaboration with the Shibuya-based welfare office, Shibuya Marufuku. This initiative aligns with GLM's development projects including residences, hotels, and logistics, further strengthening their commitment to providing new value to both the community and investors.
