Daito Corporation, which boasts nearly a century of expertise in Japanese cuisine, aims to create opportunities for chefs to experiment and innovate. This philosophy was the driving force behind the opening of Kitaohji Club in 2023, where only ten guests can enjoy a close-up view of their dishes being crafted. The restaurant's concept emphasizes direct interactions between chefs and diners, creating a sense of excitement and engagement during each meal.
The dining format at Kitaohji Club is dynamic. Every few months, the theme shifts, allowing chefs to explore different styles of cooking that haven’t been featured in their other establishments. For this upcoming “6th edition,” they will dive deep into the world of Wagyu, presenting a curated full-course meal that highlights this luxurious ingredient.

Beginning on July 14, guests can indulge in the 'Itamae Wagyu Full Course.' This exquisite culinary offering is crafted in collaboration with esteemed Wagyu producers who have contributed to Ginza’s 100-year culinary history. Young, talented chefs will showcase their skills by presenting dishes that demonstrate their years of training in the art of Wagyu preparation.
