Reyga Shimizu, a professional with a wealth of international experience, moved to France in 2005 to pursue her legal education. She attended
Université Panthéon-Sorbonne and
Université Paris XII, acquiring profound knowledge in French and EU law. Her career began in earnest after she joined
DS Avocats, a prominent Paris-based law firm, where she honed her expertise in diverse fields like mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate restructuring, data privacy, customs, and taxation, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and real estate law.
Since her registration with the
Paris Bar Association in 2019, Reyga has also worked extensively with both Japanese and French companies, providing invaluable advice on international transactions and legal compliance.
