In an innovative collaboration, the Kyoto Student e-Sports Association will present eight original student-created games at the renowned Kyoto Job Fair 2026. Scheduled to take place on February 14, 2026, at the National Kyoto International Conference Center, this event merges the dynamic world of e-sports with career exploration, featuring activities tailored for students.

Student-Developed Games

The highlight of this event is the showcase of original games designed by talented students from various universities, including Kyoto University, Ritsumeikan University, and others. This spaecial booth will be set up within the conference venue where attendees can come and experience these high-quality games firsthand. Each game offers something unique and engaging, ensuring a fun time for everyone.

In addition to the games, attendees can experience the Kyoto virtual map of Fortnite, which was previously displayed at the Osaka Kansai Expo last year. This map was created as part of an interactive exhibit, drawing attention to Kyoto's cultural heritage and modern talent.

Career Experience Meets Gaming

The event is designed not just as a traditional job fair but as an interactive career experience. With around 100 local businesses participating, attendees can not only learn about various companies but also engage in hands-on e-sports activities during breaks. This unique format allows students to mingle with industry professionals while immersing themselves in the exciting world of gaming.
