Toyokumo Expands Audit Log Functionality for Comprehensive Internal Control via kintone Integration

Toyokumo Introduces Enhanced Audit Log Functionality for kintone Integration

Toyokumo Inc., based in Shinagawa, Tokyo, has announced the extension of its audit log functionality to four additional products integrated with Cybozu's kintone, following the success of the initial release with the kViewer. This enhancement aims to provide robust internal control support for organizations utilizing these services.

With over 15,000 contracts currently in place for Toyokumo's kintone-integrated services, corporations are increasingly relying on collaborations that involve multiple users and departments. As such, the demand for audit tracking has grown. Many users have expressed concerns regarding unintentional alterations made to settings, which took place without their knowledge.

To address these issues, Toyokumo has expanded its audit log capabilities across FormBridge, kMailer, PrintCreator, and DataCollect. The newly implemented audit log feature allows organizations to accurately track management operations, detailing who performed the action, when it took place, and what the operation entailed. This precise information can greatly assist in quick root cause identification and preventative measures during incidents.

Moreover, the newly introduced ‘Enterprise’ course in kMailer, PrintCreator, and DataCollect allows for a three-year retention of logs. This is particularly beneficial for listed companies and financial institutions that are mandated to maintain internal controls and satisfy audit requirements.
