During the seminar, special guest speaker Sho Taro Miura, a board member and educator at Zushi Alternative School FRASCO, will share firsthand experiences from his work in an alternative schooling environment. Speaker Profile: Sho Taro Miura

Sho Taro Miura is not only a director and educator at the FRASCO Alternative School but also the founder of Family School LLC. After working at a public elementary school, he became part of the team that established FRASCO. His mission involves nurturing creative learners by sharing daily school life experiences with students from the fourth grade through the third year of middle school, five days a week.

Miura actively engages with parents, offering insights on nurturing relationships with children through his Instagram account, where he educates over 20,000 followers on fostering supportive environments. In 2025, he plans to launch a long-term online parenting course and community, expanding his outreach and support for families across Japan.

About the Lemon Association

The Lemon Association is dedicated to achieving social inclusion and operates approximately 90 facilities related to education and welfare in 12 prefectures across Japan. Their diverse projects include kindergartens, international preschools, and various support services for children with disabilities.
In 2023, they opened a comprehensive community called the Social Inclusion Village in Nara Prefecture, designed as a space for work, learning, play, and interaction, embodying their vision of an inclusive society.
