This summer, ESOLA presents a diverse lineup featuring ingredients like fresh zucchini, juicy mangoes, shrimp, and shirasu. Each dish is crafted to evoke the spirit of the season, promising a feast for the senses. Highlights include:

  • - Shrimp and Zucchini Anchovy Lemon Pasta: Juicy shrimp and seasonal zucchini tossed in a refreshing lemon and anchovy sauce for a perfect summer pasta.
  • - Paella Arancini: A creative take on Southern Italian cuisine, featuring rice balls stuffed with flavorful paella, offering a delightful twist.
