About Knockü Sports Club
Knockü Sports Club is an organization founded by passionate youth in their twenties, inspired by the Tokyo Paralympics. The club seeks to change perceptions around disabilities through para-sports, creating a society where everyone can embrace themselves. They organize communities and events to foster understanding of disabilities through engagement and education.
In April 2023, they established the
Knockü SC sports club, splitting into the top tier,
Knockü SC Shinjuku, and the junior category,
Knockü SC Chiba. The top team has consistently excelled, winning the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Cup for wheelchair handball consecutively from 2023. They are also preparing to send seven representatives to the upcoming
3rd IHF Wheelchair Handball World Championship in Cairo, Egypt, slated for September 2024.
