Female Founders Light Up the Holiday Season
On December 16, 2025, the iconic Madison Avenue flagship store became a hub of creativity and empowerment as Ramy Brook co-hosted the Female Founders Holiday Market. This event, which highlighted the contributions of women in business, was organized in collaboration with Mandy @ShopMandyTools and Ilsy Mitch Designs.
The holiday market aimed not only to showcase innovative products from female-led brands, but also to raise funds for Dress for Success, an organization dedicated to helping women gain economic independence through professional attire and career development programs.
Industry reports, such as those from Goldman Sachs, have pointed to a staggering $1.5 trillion financing gap for women-owned small businesses worldwide. This reality has catalyzed female entrepreneurs to unify efforts—creating supportive networks and platforms to share insights.
As Caroline Blanck, the founder of Mandy, stated, “Being part of a community where women champion one another is incredibly powerful.” This sentiment resonated throughout the evening, as young, passionate founders under the age of 30 joined forces to not only promote their brands but also to make a tangible impact in the lives of women in need.
Ramy Brook and her co-hosts curated a lineup of exciting female-founded brands, each telling their unique stories and offering alternative and innovative products. Attendees enjoyed discussions on entrepreneurship, craftmanship, and social responsibility. This year’s market featured a variety of brands including:
- - Tipsy and Baked: Known for their unique specialty cakes and cupcakes.
- - Hot Girl Soda: A refreshing soda made with all-natural ingredients.
- - BTR Nation: Producing nutritious superfood protein bars for health-conscious individuals.
- - Montauk General Matcha: Skilled in crafting signature matcha drinks and powders.
- - With Love, YTB: Known for creating custom holiday gifts filled with heart.
- - Nana Baking Co.: Famous for their delightful twist on sweet banana bread.
- - Katherine Grace Illustrations: Offering personalized illustrations and art; perfect for unique gifts.
- - *Bronzed Baches: Specializing in natural spray tans for that sun-kissed glow.
- - Hyli: Bringing flavored electrolyte drops for hydration on-the-go.
- - Gracie's Match Art**: Creating customized decor that tells a story through innovative matchbook designs.
The philanthropic commitment during the market was palpable, with a portion of every sale donated to Dress for Success. The contributions from the event directly support programs designed to uplift women as they seek new opportunities and endeavor to build brighter futures.
“Events like this remind us that when women come together—to collaborate, celebrate, and give back—we create real, lasting impact,” shared a participant. “I'm honored to support Dress for Success and help uplift women who are striving toward their dreams.”
It’s not too late to join in the spirit of giving! The female-led brands featured in the holiday market continue to offer unique gifts online while supporting young entrepreneurs and the mission of Dress for Success.
