Launch of ESG Training Course for IR Professionals
This September, J.F. Oberlin University is excited to announce the launch of the second installment of its ESG/Sustainability Practitioner Training Program, titled "ESG Practical Course for IR Professionals." This course aims to equip investor relations (IR) personnel with the essential skills to connect non-financial information with financial data, thereby creating compelling value creation narratives that resonate with investors.
Course Objectives
The primary goal of this course is to empower IR professionals to engage in productive dialogues with investors concerning ESG and sustainability. Participants will gain insights into the logical framework, facts, and storytelling techniques needed to systematically convey the value of non-financial information in relation to corporate value. In a time when precise communication of intangible assets is crucial for resisting robust market evaluations and criticisms, this course becomes increasingly essential. Furthermore, by involving senior management and various departments within the company in these communications, organizations can propel further enhancements to their corporate value.

- - Format: Online or hybrid (real venue at J.F. Oberlin University's Shinjuku Campus, with Zoom broadcasts). Recorded sessions will be available for those who cannot attend live.
- - Schedule: Each session runs from 6:40 PM to 8:20 PM for 100 minutes across seven sessions.
- - Instructors: Lectures will be conducted by ESG experts and IR practitioners, with guest appearances from institutional investors.
Tuition Fee
- - The total fee for the course is 100,000 yen.
