In a groundbreaking move, ACE Venture, LLC, a certified minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) based in New York, has successfully completed its 51% acquisition of Vireo Health of New York. This partnership represents a significant step towards merging corporate efficiency with cultural authenticity in the cannabis market. The collaboration aims to establish a community-focused cannabis ecosystem that prioritizes shared values, innovative practices, and social equity.

Steven Acevedo, the founder and CEO of ACE Venture, expressed the intent behind the acquisition.
