Ms. Attar is not new to Tanmiah; she previously held the position of Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and was an Independent Board Member. Now stepping into an Executive Member role, she brings over 15 years of extensive experience in human resources and organizational strategy to her new position. Before her tenure at Tanmiah, Ms. Attar served as the Director of Organization Development at TAQA (Industrialization and Energy Services Company), leading various initiatives focused on leadership development, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning. Her career also boasts pivotal roles at companies like Mercer and Bupa Saudi Arabia, where she established herself as a leader in unleashing human potential and fostering resilient organizational structures.

Renowned as a thought leader in human resources, Ms. Attar has been frequently invited to speak at both regional and international forums. She possesses a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis from King's College London and holds a Chartered Membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
